We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.

Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.

What are the check-in / check-out procedures?

You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.

Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.

Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM

Can I smoke at the property?

Our home is a smoke-free home.

Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.

The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.

We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available for one vehicle. Please park in the designated space only, located immediately in front of the white garage door.

Our spot should fit most standard vehicles. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller - 15-16' long or thereabouts.

Anything longer will stick out to the street. The street is not super busy, but it's a one-way neighborhood street that is relatively narrow.

Please avoid parking in areas near the road or the premises, as there are designated right-of-way zones.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring smooth access for all guests!

If your car doesn't fit, or if you need additional parking spaces, there is a small public parking lot on School St. between Bradford and Commercial, and another along Bradford between Liz's and Mussel Beach.

The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.

Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31

The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.

There are also privately run parking lots, not affiliated with the Town, all along Bradford St. Parking rules and rates vary - check the signs at each lot.
